All street legal scooters, electric scooters, atv’s and watercraft are final sale items. This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once again, please call us Before you place your order! 877.721.7727.

Fitness Equipment:
We are confident that all fitness equipment is in perfect condition when it leaves our warehouse. If for some reason, your item is damaged in shipping or you find missing or damaged parts, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of product in order for parts to be replaced free of charge. If the complete item is damaged, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return item. However, we will send a replacement item free of charge once we receive original item back.

Home décor:
We are confident that all home décor items including: nautical gifts, lighting, sculptures, wall art & frames, tableware and home accents are in perfect condition when each leaves our warehouse. If for some reason, your item is damaged in shipping or you find missing or damaged parts, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your item in order for us to assist in the replacement or repair of your item. You will be responsible for shipping cost of return item. However, we will send a replacement item free of charge.

Fitness Equipment & Home Décor
If for some reason you decide that you do not wish to keep your item, please return it within 7 days of receiving it with your original receipt. You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return item. Once item is received back in our warehouse and inspected, a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee. The refund will be issued to the credit card you used to process the order.
