These products will ship within 3 days of receiving full payment.
These products will ship via Fedex Ground services. You will receive a tracking number via email once your item leaves our warehouse. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be available on the Fedex website.
Home Décor:
These products will ship within 14 days of receiving full payment.
In order to provide the lowest price possible, these items may not be in stock in our warehouse. This only means a huge savings passed on to you! Once you place your order with Rakatak, your product will be shipped to us direct from one of our other warehouses in the USA.

Power Sports:
These products will ship within 3 days of receiving full payment.
These products ship via Freight carrier or Fedex Ground.
For the larger items:
The phone number you provided during checkout will be provided to the carrier. The freight carrier will contact you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to schedule delivery time.
Please note: If you do not respond to the freight carrier or schedule delivery within 48 hours, the carrier will begin to charge storage fees. YOU will be responsible for these fees. Please make all necessary arrangements to be available when your purchase is being delivered. Once delivery times are set, Rakatak is unable to stop the freight carrier from delivering your purchase. Shipping time is dependent on your location. Once your product is picked up from our warehouse, shipping may take 1-5 business days.
Delivery Inspection and Damaged Products:
Upon delivery and before signing the freight carrier's delivery receipt, quickly inspect your Rakatak purchase for any damage including crushing, dings, dents, crumpling, etc. If there is any damage, you must note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing in order to make a damage claim. If you did not note any damage on the delivery receipt, Rakatak cannot process your damage claim. If there are errors in your Rakatak order, you must call 877.721.7727 within 24 business hours to report any errors.
Miss, Refuse, or Return Delivery:
If you miss your delivery appointment(s), refuse, or return your Rakatak product, you will be charged original shipping costs and return shipping cost. Original and return shipping charges can range between $30 and $800 or more, depending on the Rakatak product size and weight. All of your Rakatak products returned will be inspected upon reaching the Rakatak warehouse. If your Rakatak product is not in its original, new, unopened condition, you may be charged for any Rakatak product(s) damage or wear.
Other Important Delivery Information:
If you notice obvious damage during Rakatak product delivery, you may ask the freight carrier's driver to open the Rakatak package and inspect the contents with you. If damage is found during inspection write clearly and completely exactly what is damaged on the delivery receipt before signing. Make sure to keep a delivery receipt copy with your damage notations and contact Rakatak Customer Service right away (no longer than within 24 business hours) at 877.721.7727.
After accepting your Rakatak product's delivery, please keep all packaging materials for 7 days.
