Parts
***This section refers ONLY to the Electric Scooters and Power Sports items!***
A 30 day warranty on all parts begins with the purchase date on your receipt.
Replacement/Broken parts must be returned at the expense of the customer. Once we receive parts, new parts will be shipped FREE OF CHARGE (within the 30 day warranty).
- Missing parts will be assessed a minimal shipping charge within the 30 day warranty and we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of product.
- Replacement/missing parts will be assessed a minimal charge after the 30 day warranty.
Assembly
- Assembly charge for all scooters and motorcycles is $75 if picking up.
- Item will be available for pickup 5-7 business days from purchase date.
- If it is available earlier, we will call you.
Titles
- Your title will be complete 5-7 business days after all completed paperwork is received.
- Please fill out title packet and return to Rakatak. You do need to include the $35 title fee and tax if you live in the following states: AZ, CA, FL, IN, MA, MI, OH SC, WA.
- Titles will be available for pickup during our business hours. If we send the title to you, it will be sent via certified mail – you will need to sign for this. If you are not home, you can pick it up at the post office.
